BRITISH MODEL Leomie Anderson has announced that she has landed the iconic annual Victoria Secret show for the second year running.
The 23-year-old from south London, who recently launched female empowerment website Lapp The Brand, announced the exciting news on Twitter this week.
“Bonjour baby. I’m going to Paris for the Victoria’s Secret show this year,” she wrote.
Leomie, who was the only British model to appear in the highly-anticipated show for the lingerie giant, cried “like crazy” when she realised what she had been a part of.
Taking to Twitter after the show, she wrote: “Nah I’m actually crying like crazy lol. I’ve only now taken in what I’ve been a part of.”
“Naomi Campbell. Tyra banks. Like are you serious. I’ve walked in their footsteps? It’s really surreal to me,” she added.
The beauty, who was one of 10 new models, has again been inundated with messages of support on after announcing the news.
Last year, she said: “This is like winning an Oscar in a models career. Less than 200 girls in 20 years have walked the @VictoriasSecret show,” she said.
“Even if I never do this show again, it’s the pinnacle of any models career and im so so grateful man. You don’t understand.” Leomie has been modelling since the tender age of 14, where she was discovered at a bus stop on her way home from school.
