ROYAL APPROVAL: Prince Harry with The Compozers

LONDON BAND The Compozers have a fan of the Royal kind after a performance at Kensington Palace tonight (June 28).

The musical quartet, who are producers, music consultants and arrangers, posted a picture with Prince Harry after their performance at the Sentebale Concert.

They simply captioned the picture, “Compozers x Prince Harry”, but fans were quick to share in the excitement.

“Nothing’s impossible,” Cynthtoyo_ wrote on Instagram.

Award-winning band Coldplay headlined the first-ever concert on the East Lawn of Kensington Palace was organised to help raise funds for Harry’s charity, Sentebale, and to bring awareness to the challenges faced by young people affected by HIV/AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa.

It’s been quite a year for the band, who hail from Tottenham, north London and consist of drummer Stephen, bassist Nana ‘Poakes’ along with keyboardists David ‘Melodee’ and Charlie ‘Biggz’.

In April, former Fugees star Lauryn Hill requested the group join her on stage at a special Tidal concert.

At the time, David said: “We’re in shock, to have been recognised by none other than Ms Lauryn herself is truly humbling. This proves that with hard work, faith and persistence absolutely anything is possible.”
