NIGERIAN POP star Wizkid is among the new crop of names announced for this year’s Wireless Festival.
The 25-year-old, who has notched up a number of celebrity fans around the world including Alicia Keys and Canadian rapper Drake, confirmed the news on his official Twitter account today (May 11, simply writing: “Wireless!!!”
It’s a double celebration from the singer, who on Friday (May 6), helped Drake score his first No.1 single with One Dance, on which he features.
UK rapper Ghetts and US rapper Big Sean were also listed in today’s announcement.
They will appear alongside the already announced headliners Calvin Harris and Boy Better Know, as well as J. Cole, Future, A$AP Ferg, Krept & Konan, Lady Leshurr, Section Boyz, WSTRN and Bryson Tiller,
Wireless festival will return to London’s Finsbury Park for its eleventh year between July 8 and 10.
