UK RAPPER Stormzy has donated a “car full for aid for for refugees” in Idomeni, Greece.
The MOBO Award-winning artist has been described as having the “kindest heart” by UK-based aid worker Raed Khan.
Raed revealed the contents of his packed boots, full of clothes donated by the record-breaking south London rapper, ahead of his journey to Idomeni on May 6.
Idomeni is a small village in Greece, near the borders with the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia where “18,000+ refugees are stuck at the borders in desperate need of aid”.
“Children are sick from the lack of hygiene/clothes with fear of fatalities,” an online plea reads.
Raed, who has worked tirelessly to address the plight of refugees around the world, wrote: “Since 1st day I met him, kindest heart. Today donated a car full of aid for refugees. God bless you @Stormzy1”
