MAKING HISTORY: Keonna and Kayla Davis

MEET SISTERS Keonna and Kayla Davis who, at 21 and 19 respectively, have been the youngest black women to open a beauty supply store in America.

KD Haircare Supply caters to clients with natural hair and weaves, in the Sundance Plaza in Moreno Valley and was launched after the duo’s website proved to be a hit in their Californian hometown.

The sisters told Baller Alert that it was their mother who inspired them to start a business after they struggled to find work.

They hope to open a number of KD Haircare Supply stores around the country.
