EAST LONDON grime star Kano is on course to score his first UK Top 10 album with his new offering, Made In The Manor.
The album, the rapper’s sixth, was released last Thursday (March 3) and is currently sitting at No.7 in the charts. The official rundown takes place on Friday (March 11).
Made In The Manor serves as a follow-up to 2010’s Method To Madness and serves as an ode to the 30-year-old’s East End roots with a personal and intimate portrayal of inner city England today and features guest appearances from Wiley, Giggs and JME.
Kano came close behind Kendrick Lamar’s surprise new release, Untitled Unmastered, which peaked at number 6 and is set to become his second UK Top 10 album following last March’s chart-topping To Pimp A Butterfly.
