Rihanna is now third behind Mariah Carey with 18 and The Beatles with 20.
The late Michael Jackson has 13 No.1 singles to his name.
“Navy you killed it this week,” the 28-year-old wrote on Twitter.
Work jumped from No. 4 to No. 1 on the Hot 100, dethroning Justin Bieber’s Love Yourself.
Meanwhile, Drake tallies his second Hot 100 No. 1, both in featured roles on Rihanna smashes, including 2011’s What’s My Name?
“Two number ones and they are both because of you… Midas touch Riri. Thank you,” Drake wrote on Instagram.
