ZENDAYA HAS teamed up with fellow music star Chris Brown to release comeback single, Something New.

The track, which is co-produced by Babyface, finds the 19-year-old singing over a sample of TLC’s ’90s classic Creep.

“I probably should wait, but I wanna let you go there / I wanna try something new, all night,” she tweeted, while previewing the record, which is taken from her new Neverland album.

“I know y’all been waiting for something new. #seewhatididthere #SomethingNew #Friday,” she later captioned an accompanying video.

The former Disney star has been in the studio with Timbaland and Diane Warren working on the follow-up to her 2013 debut.

“I would say it’s the new wave of R&B,” she told MTV News. “It’s where I think it should be going, or it should be headed; it’s very old-school vibe, but it’s a new-age version.”

“This new album is kind of me talking about stuff that at this point I finally understand, and have been through and can speak about. It’s not super deep; it’s all around the ideas of love. Dealing with love for the first time and what that means to me has been a big part of the album,” she told Hunger back in November.

The last year has been a busy one for the teenage star, which saw her presented with a Barbie in her likeness, topping Ebony’s powerlist, becoming a Covergirl and being named Woman of the Year by Complex Magazine.
