MAN OF THE MATCH: Kemar Roofe

TWO GOALS from Kemar Roofe helped Oxford United to a 3-2 victory over Premier League side Swansea City in the FA Cup third round today (Jan 10).

Roofe has now scored 15 goals this season and has been previously linked with a £1.5m move to Newcastle United

He began his career with West Brom but failed to feature for the Premier League side, leading to loan spells at Víkingur Reykjavík, Northampton, Cheltenham, Colchester and Oxford, before joining the League Two team permanently in the summer.

“Thanks for all the messages and let’s enjoy the moment,” he wrote after today’s win.
